These General Sales Conditions
are applicable for any sales which occur between ENKA-PARIS and a third-party
(individual or company), irrespective of the country of residence of the
third-party.
They have been drawn up according
to French law, and specifically, the articles L121-16 to L121-20 of the
Code de la Consommation.
The articles sold are represented
faithfully on the Internet site, they may be sold in France or abroad,
within the limits of available stocks.
Delivery within France and internationally.
Sales
The date of the buyer’s order
by electronic mail is considered a firm purchase on the part of the buyer.
The electronic mail order-confirmation sent by the seller is considered
a firm and definitive sale.
Sales price and Invoicing
Our prices are listed before
taxes, with delivery expense and local country taxes to be added on. All
of our Sales Invoices are quoted in US Dollars or Euros.
Payment
Payment may be effected only
by check.
Guarantee
ENKA-PARIS jewellery is guaranteed
against any defects in the fabrication for a period of one year, upon proof
of purchase (sales receipt). Products may be mailed to the above-listed
address for reparation.
Delivery
Articles shall be delivered
by mail or by a courrier service to the address indicated by the purchaser
within 3-4 weeks.
We would like to remind you
that ENKA-PARIS products are hand-made, and therefore require longer periods
of time for fabrication than machine-made articles.
